UBC Library Media Booking System
UBC Vancouver faculty, staff and students can use this form to book UBC Library
videos, films or DVDs for individual use or for classroom presentation on a
specific date.
Bookings are available for items in Koerner, Education, Woodward, UBC Okanagan, and David Lam Libraries ONLY, and for the BC ELN Media Collection.
Please book earlier (at least 2-3 weeks) to ensure the availability. When your request has been processed you will receive a confirmation notice by email.
If you wish to use a video immediately, you do not need to pre-book it. If it's available, you can sign it out from the owning branch.

Need a Video / DVD in a hurry?
- If it is a UBC video/DVD, you do not need to pre-book it. If it is available, you can sign it out from the owning library.
